Meet Laura Lee Mullin BSc, BScPT, RYT 200
Laura Lee earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Memorial University of Newfoundland and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Queen’s University. She has build her career helping people recover from injury, improve performance, and stay active, with musculoskeletal rehabilitation, concussion management, and injured athlete assessment and treatment.
She has worked in private practice and the federal public service, treating musculoskeletal and sport-related injuries across all ages and activity levels. Laura Lee also spent three years as an athletic trainer with the varsity basketball and rugby teams at the Royal Military College of Canada and has volunteered with Saint John Ambulance at sporting events, strengthening her sideline and emergency care experience.
As a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200), Laura Lee integrates movement, mobility, body awareness, and injury prevention into her approach. As the proud mom of two cheerleaders, she is especially passionate about supporting cheer athletes and empowering athletes, coaches, and families with the tools to stay healthy, resilient, and performing at their best. She is excited to be part of the Nitro community.
